Overnight oats recipe
Updated: Jul 27, 2021
Start your day right with this simple and delicious overnight oats recipe from Tess Prince at Love Food Ibiza. Better still, you can rustle it up in less than two minutes the night before.
Cinnamon adds a warming touch of flavour to the oats. This spice has long been used to treat menstrual pain and infertility too. Studies suggest that cinnamaldehyde - the component of cinnamon that gives the spice its colour and flavour - induces progesterone production, a key hormone needed for the menstrual cycle and the maintenance of pregnancy.
For overnight oats that are all your own, experiment with toppings to give different layers of texture and flavour. Tess especially recommends cacao and hemp.
